I bought these Custom Plaques to award the achievement of my students, studying in my class. I introduced these plaques with my students studying in 10th standard. One of the main motive to introduce these Plaques as an award for the top scorers was to increase a healthy competition within the whole class. As when we praise our students for their hard work, it results in their more productive and improved grades.
Let me introduced our students and what were the benefits of introducing and awarding to my students- Arvind, Anish, Shruti, Drishti, Nishchal with the final percentage scored in 10th standard is 90.34%, 88.6%, 88.3%, 86.45%, 84.5% respectively.
Let me tell you beforehand that these five students were not any extraordinary with their academics if we see their prior scores, and they were just the mediocre student who was above average in their grades that is in the 50s till 60s.
In the starting of the session itself, I introduced these prizes and awards to my students and awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize according to their half-yearly result, so that a flow of motivation runs through them. And precisely same happened, I don’t give the full credit to these awards, but our students worked hard and pushed themselves in achieving such an excellent score. And yes, these Plaques do play an essential role in our student’s achievement.
Story of Nishchal
Throughout his academics from childhood itself, Nishchal’s grade was not so good, his highest score in 9th standard was 42, and the overall aggregate he scored was 47%. Even while commencement of 10th standard nobody expected that he would ever score 84.5% in his whole aggregate of 10th standard. As Nishchal’s starting performance was also not up to the mark.
But the coin tossed after the completion of half of the session and half-yearly result. Nishchal’s mates were awarded in front of himself and were challenged to score good percentage.
