How much do Greggs Valentine's cupcakes cost?

It won't have the same effect as Meghan Markle's stunning sparkly three-stone ring estimated to be worth around £50,000.
But one of these treats will only set you back 80p.
The Valentine ring bun cakes online will be available in stores from February 1.

What is a Greggs Valentine's ring bun cake?

The cake is made with a vanilla sponge and topped with pink sprinkles and red or white icing.
It also has a plastic heart-shaped ring on top for those wanting to pop the question.
A Greggs spokesperson told the Sun Online: "Our Valentine's Ring Bun makes a delicious sweet treat for your loved one this Valentine's Day."
The bakery chain, which introduced the cake last year for the first time, added that the "marriage proposal is optional".

The cakes are hand decorated with red and white sugar sprinkles and finished with a plastic novelty heart shaped ring on top.

What other Valentine's deals are there?

Of course, there are other ways to treat your loved one on the so-called "most romantic day" of the year.
With the cost of eating out going right up on Valentine's Day, a host of supermarket are offering "dine-in deals" for less.
So it's worth shopping around to see which retailer is offering the meal deal that is best suited to your taste.
